2025 Media KitWelcome to the National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI), the largest association dedicated exclusively to flight instruction. Our goal and mission is to raise and maintain the professional standing of flight instructors in the aviation community. We accomplish this by providing instructors with tools and resources that help them deliver the best training and service possible. We offer accreditation programs, publications, and other media, the new NAFI Professional Development Program, real-time technical assistance via phone, email, and social media, live streaming broadcasts, and an interactive platform for members to network and find mentors on our website, nafinet.org.

When it comes to representing the interests of the flight training community, NAFI actively engages in developing testing and training standards, governmental oversight, and regular interaction with the aviation industry. We often work one-on-one with members dealing with matters such as applications for 141 status and airport issues.
